Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping/Freight Information

Shipments are made f.o.b. our warehouse, or point of origin. We ship via UPS in most instances. Orders containing merchandise that exceed UPS limitations of size and weight ship via common carrier. Common carrier shipments are tailgate delivery (not into the store), and unloading assistance is required. In Connecticut shipping and handling are taxable items. A $2.00 handling fee will be added to each shipment. If the delivering carrier assesses address corrections, they will be billed to your account, and may result in delayed deliveries.

 Returns and Exchanges

Obtain written permission with a return authorization number, and return prepaid, unused and in original cartons within 30 days of the invoice date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom and special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit, and are not returnable.

Damaged Merchandise

Delivery of goods to the carrier at the point of origin shall constitute delivery of goods to the buyer, and thereafter the shipment of goods shall be at the buyer's risk. All claims and allowances for damaged merchandise incurred in transit must be filed against the delivering carrier. Open all cartons and check for damage immediately, delays can result in ineligibility to file claims. If damage is discovered save all packaging materials and report it immediately. If you have any questions or need help please contact our customer service department. We will extend every courtesy in assisting to resolve a claim.
